From the beginning I've been impressed with the customer service at CirtexHosting and their web hosting and reseller services. It's not everyday you talk to company employees through instant messenger programs. You guys even put up with my newbie questions like "What username do I use to log into FTP?" or reminding me to fill out the order form when I skipped that step and sent the money first!
